The equation is simple: you can’t afford healthcare anymore because ICE agents are making 6-figure salaries and $50k signing bonuses. The money is not marked for life, liberty or happiness. It is set aside for state suppression.

It’s important to note that even though the importers jacked up prices on the American consumer, it’s the corporations that get these refunds. Not the consumers. So the rich, as always, will get richer while American consumers will have paid the price. END/

Wasn't the only time NATO came to the defense of a member country under Article 5 on behalf of the United States after 9/11? Also... Trump lied when he told Davos attendees that he did away with income tax on social security benefits. They are still taxed by the IRS.
Trump on NATO: "We never ask for anything, and we never got anything. We probably won't get anything unless I decide to use excessive strength and force, where we would be frankly unstoppable. But I won't do that. Okay?"

If Trump won in 2020 his second and last term began at noon on January 20, 2021, and ended at noon on January 20, 2025. It doesn't matter that he didn't serve. But he would be disqualified from having been elected president in 2024.

I felt the same way when I saw the first two oil rigs that went in off the beach in Matagorda, Texas. Energy isn't pretty.
Trump hates wind turbines because almost two decades ago he found out that an offshore one was planned near a golf course he was building. That's it. But that kicked off a hatred that has lingered and been backfilled with other rationales.
