Just kinda seems like refusing to tell us which ICE agents murdered Alex Pretti undercuts the idea that they’re wearing masks to protect themselves — rather than to be able to kill people with impunity.

Zero evidence that Pretti intended any such thing. Bovino deflects. Lots of evidence that this is not law enforcement by any stretch of the imagination.

The GOP could, should, and will NOT act to reign in the madness. They own the ICE murders and Constitutional violations. They are complicit.
Yes, the GOP controls Congress. That's why it's key to show Congress COULD stop the madness. And it's not just the DHS bill. Congress could repeal the prior multi-year $75b for DHS; set up a special investigative committee (cf. Watergate); amend the Insurrection Act; etc.

I can't even keep up with the lies in Jim Jordan's opening statement, but I find it interesting that he's complaining about toll record warrants obtained by a judge, while this administration has determined judicial warrants aren't needed to enter our homes.

A memo was released by ICE instructing agents to violate the U.S. Constitution. ICE told officers and agents that they can forcibly enter homes without warrants signed by judges. The memo was from ICE Acting Director Todd Lyons, was shared with Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn) by two whistleblowers.
