Okay so I went and (impulsively) bought a loaf of sourdough just so I could make cheese sandwiches and some slices of munster- Guys I love this- The bread toasts nicely, the cheese isn’t heavy and pulls nicely, I am loving the upgraded cheese sandwich, why didn’t I try this before-

Tbh you're one of the very very few ppl Ive heard who isn't a fan of cheeses. I totally understand tho. I have an issue with textures with certain foods + drinks. I wonder if you'd like more of a cheddar + mozzarella mix?? I'm wanting to try munster at some point. But I personally loooove cheese lol

I use a lot of muenster cheese for the gooey meltability with a sharper cheese for flavor. I grew up with muenster, but that was in the late 50's in the Alsace region of France where it originated.
