I'm suing the Trump administration for making it harder to protect consumers by illegally trying to defund the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
Nearly 2 dozen states sue the Trump administration over funding for CFPB
The attorneys general say the Trump administration is refusing to accept funding for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, which could hurt consumers in their states.

Smith: He was getting calls from people he trusts, people he relies on—and he still refused to come to the aid of the people at the Capitol. That’s very important evidence for criminal intent in our case.

Question: Did anyone from the White House, including President Biden, ever tell you they expected you to bring charges against Donald Trump?

Smith: No.

The White House has been caught.

The administration inserted a photo of Bill Clinton, Michael Jackson, and Diana Ross into the Epstein files and falsely implied it showed them with victims.

In reality, it’s a publicly available fundraiser photo featuring Jackson and Ross’s own children.

No community should be forced to bear the weight of a system that profits from human suffering.

Private, for-profit prisons have no place in a fair and free democracy—and especially profiting off the suffering of an inhumane and undemocratic detention system.

Period.

Next year, Donald Trump's "Big Beautiful Bill" will hand $67 BILLION of YOUR taxpayer dollars over to corporations for a single tax break.

Why? To "incentivize" research these companies did years ago.

Let that sink in. YOUR money being used to boost Amazon's profits even more.
