Oh, and it gets even better. Trump decided he had to move on capping credit card interest rates after he was called out on it by Bernie Sanders!

Is Bernie Sanders Trump's new Laura Loomer? 😂

3) Shortly after the shooting, several agents -- possibly including Ross -- hop into an unmarked SUV and flee the scene.

I can't begin to describe how improper this is for an active investigation. Normally, you'd separate the witnesses so they don't, erm, get their stories to coincide.

Mrs Alito could use two.
A friend of mine cooked up a flag to show support for strong municipal services and this feels like the perfect emblem of the Mamdani Moment. I absolutely love it.

Funny, as JD Vance said this was a reason we went into Venezuela, so US oil companies could be made whole for what VZ had taken from them.

Will any reporters put that contradiction to Trump or Vance? Recent history suggests not.

Donald Trump, capitalist or creeping communist?

One might think if Trump was upset about slow deliveries, he'd tell DoD to negotiate performance-based contracts. Nope. Trump's solution is the government telling companies how to deploy their capital and setting workers' pay. 🤦🏻‍♂️

He put this out after the Senate voted against WPR.

So he's also bragging that he's not going to defy the Senate.

Snatching victory from defeat.
Donald Trump is bragging that he has canceled the second wave of attacks on Venezuela.

2026 midterm signal?

Rep. Derrick Van Orden was one of the 17 Republicans who just voted for the Jeffries ACA funding bill. In recent months he has passionately trashed the law as the “Unaffordable Care Act” and these funds as “Covid subsidies” passed by partisan Democrats.

Hard to miss the irony: the same accounts now laundering state violence as “legitimate authority” lost their minds when that authority merely asked them to tolerate temporary limits on their own comfort and movement to avoid spreading a deadly virus.

This means that he did participate in certiorari stage proceedings, despite owning relevant stocks.

The seven circuits to resolve the issue - the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 10th, & 11th - all agree that the First Amendment protects the right to record police in public. The 8th, which covers Minnesota, hasn't joined yet but very likely would. My piece at @thedispatchmedia.bsky.social last fall.

Of course Trump would not come to the rescue of protesters in Iran. But maybe:
a) he wants them to think he would,
b) so they'll protest even more,
c) then, esp if Iranian leaders see Trump as having fomented it, they WILL start killing protesters, and
d) THAT'd further destabilize Iran…
