There are worse people out there, but there are many better, so I just have to keep trying. Tolerant and accepting of anything but intolerance. I don’t get the whole Taylor Swift thing, but that’s fine.
Hi #SpeirGorm, are Christmas annuals still a thing?

Jane Austen is dead. Coincidence?
Jane Austen used 'however' at the beginning of a sentence, and so can you.

I see a lot of optimistic people looking forward to Trump's death, like that is going to change anything. Yet the military and gov't zealously applied his orders. And which side are the tech-bros on? You know, the guys who can produce deepfakes of people saying and doing anything?

There are so many videos from the US of people just losing their shit in restaurants, cafe's bars, traffic etc., and it's shocking that nobody stops and asks why their living circumstances continuously produce such levels of anxiety, frustration and desperation that people feel the need to lash out.

Hazie's, a San Francisco restaurant co-owned by celebrity chef Joey Altman in Hayes Valley, had quite an eventful Saturday night. A video showing a couple assaulting employees at the restaurant has gone viral on social media, racking up over 780,000 views.

I just don't feel like Kate Winslet or Timothy Spall's children are what's costing poor kids with acting talent their chance. They're missing out cos London rent is £3k so they're working doubles in Screwfix, while the kids of doctors and architects and executives and literal barons don't have to.

Generally, I hate the lap steel guitar. It makes everything sound like the worst kind of country music ever. But by the Gods, the lap steel on Tracy Chapman’s Fast Car is divine.

Calibri is wasteful, yet Times New Roman is splurging out on serifs all over the shop!?
Marco Rubio ordered diplomats to return to using Times New Roman font in official communications, calling his predecessor's decision to adopt Calibri a “wasteful” diversity move

“Yes, this can happen at times. My research shows that vigorous shaking can help with restarting.”

I met my wife quite young, and we moved in together very quickly, and sometimes I regret not living alone for longer, but in all truth I probably would have died of liver failure before long, so I reckon that’s a net win.

The whole problem might be that Sam Altman cannot, it seems, imagine anything.
Jimmy Fallon: "And do you use ChatGPT when raising your baby?"

Sam Altman: "I cannot imagine figuring out how to raise a newborn without ChatGPT."
