Told my friend is used to speak Mandarin (poorly but passible)

They asked me to say something (they're Malaysian, and speak Mandarin)

Usually, I fill out words i don't know with English.

I accidentally used German.

Is this is linguistic win or am I spiralling?

Rosalind Franklin died at 37 of ovarian cancer attributed to radiation exposure from the methods she & her assistant used to photograph a cross-section of the DNA double helix.

Meanwhile, Watson won a Nobel off that work & survived to the ripe old age of 97 by simply: stealing those notes!

My ADHD abhors routine: no matter the systems I have to keep me in check, inevitably the brain possess itself & i'm in the backseat with chaos at the wheel

So how do I reconcile ADHD with the consistency needed for bodybuilding?

I stopped beating myself up when I fell off routine & overcorrecting.

Also, me: but did you actually push until failure? maybe you gave up too soon. maybe you miscounted your reps. you could push harder. you definitely could be stricter with your diet.

From Scooby Doo to the Legend of Zelda, the message is clear: swamps are spooky, dangerous places.

Science tells us wetlands are rich in diverse life, benefitting people & environment.

Why does our vision of haunted swamps persist?

Some takeaways, by me for @egu.eu
