Y’know when the characters in a movie go to see a movie and it feels really meta? Well, with an “Ultimate Double Feature,” we play the first movie up until the point when they enter a cinema to watch a different film… then we play that film… then we go back to the first film to finish that story.

ACROSS THE UNIVERSE got me spitting mad. I was a critic back then and spent the drive home mentally composing my review with the perfect clarity one gets from a specific kind of anger. Still one of my better reviews imo
fun question: what’s the maddest you’ve ever been leaving a movie theater? not necessarily worst movie you’ve seen, but the one that just pissed you off the most. mine is Batman v Superman

There's definitely a thing in game writing where "funny" or "witty" often seems to mean long digressions in the middle of dialog and you gotta cut that shit out, man, more is not more here
Incidentally I am enjoying BLOODLINES 2, but it's very thin. The real juice is in the main story (so far pretty interesting, even if the Funny voice is more verbose than amusing) and messing with Discipline combinations in combat.
Ah, shit... woke up in a mysterious and abandoned location, and I've lost my memory. I hope a series of gradually escalating challenges positioned between me and escape can instruct me how to open doors, use my powers, and double jump.
