I hope neither Dunleavy nor any state agency plans to abet Trump in any of the many illegal activities he’s doing. Alaska has a very powerful constitution & a highly functional judiciary. Alaskans will not be easily trampled on their own soil. Try us!

I know everything seems hopeless & nothing seems to matter. It seems like there is no accountability or consequences so it’s tempting to just crash out. BUT survivors of autocratic regimes ALL advise NOT to do this & to continue to vocalize opposition LOUDLY over & over, even when it feels futile.

For the last year my household has been without at least one cat for the first time in 20 years. I’m an avowed cat-lady. I also work full time outside my house with long hours & am a solo parent of a toddler. It’s been nice to not have anyone else to keep alive.
