Does anyone out there run a Jackery solar generator (possibly the 2000 PlusKit) as a back-up generator for use during power outages? What large appliances do you run on it and what is the performance like? Runtime? Solar charge time?

I heard a young’un the other day refer to Paul Newman as “you know, the salad dressing guy”. I died. And then I called them on it.
