I was listening to Opalite 🎶 on repeat on the drive to work this morning and one of my first patients was wearing numerous opalite rings. She said they were her mom’s. 🤍

This reminds me of another patient that had a whirlwind middle age romance and second marriage, after her first marriage ended. She had raised her own children to adulthood and after the honeymoon phase of her second marriage ended, she was coming to grips with now having to be a full time…

…finding out her fiancé has a gambling problem and that she had no idea that even if they kept the money separate, if they ever got a divorce, she’d have to share her assets…! Anyway, she is now going to push for just being married in spirit.
