JD Vance is going to be at Camp Pendleton (halfway between Los Angeles and San Diego) on Saturday, Oct. 18.

That also happens to be the day of the next No Kings nationwide protests, so it’ll be interesting to see if there are any adjustments made to protest him specifically while he’s in the area.

The reason I don't put any perches near the birdhouse openings is because a larger predator bird will use it to conveniently reach in and pluck out eggs and especially hatched babies. Bluejays and starlings are just a few who violate other bird's nests.
