To all those #restaurant out there, not wanting to cater vegans.. this is a delicious yet vegan pasta sauce. Airfried eggplant, onion, tomato sauce, capers, lemon juice, kidney beans. Yes, it's that difficult. Start embracing plant eaters. High profit margins 😆🤣🤣

Seven more to go. Freezing temperatures will set in by the end of the week. I want them secure in my (non heated) glass house. We grew them from seeds we picked up from the streets and brought back to Belgium (not sure if this is legal.🫣)

Over the years I have read many books and watched many documentaries about WWII especially the death camps. I just can’t watch the videos you post all the way through. They are the same horrors and I just can’t witness like that anymore… but you need to keep the message going….
