What happened to the long term solution Lansdowne 1 was supposed to solve? The maintenance and repairs that OSEG owns?
What about the $94M we received $0 of from OSEG?

This is a bad idea, offering ONE solution to the current issues at Lansdowne is short sighted.

Here’s the kicker: the City plans to demolish the existing arena and north-side stands — buildings that are only about ten years old — and rebuild them. Financially and environmentally, that doesn’t add up.
