The fog and the two trees at the museum of history with the sunrise coming through remains my top sunrise ever...bonkers gorgeous back out fog with pinks and oranges...
Came home with frozen hands and it was totally worth the pictures and standing around watching it.

The majority of heat related deaths in European cities this summer were caused by climate change. These figures should terrify us.

Perhaps they'll consider strategic curbs like they have on Sherwood. It's mostly a painted lane (it's a 30k street), but they've added some concrete curbs (they're not pin curbs I'm not sure what the proper name for them is) and raised crossings at the intersections.

I used to bike Gilmour quite a bit (we lived at the very end of it), I have biked it with L as well (him under his own power I mean, not just on the cargo bike). I wouldn't call it high speed. I always wished it had a contraflow lane....

It's funny because I bike past pink all the time, but it has been awhile since I actually walked or ran the trail.
Managed to strong arm my kid into head up and doing a lap. 👌
(Guilt works wonders. A fine tradition from my ancestors. 🥳).
