Je dirais que le gros avantage des vêtements techniques c’est le poids. Un pull en coton ça pèse lourd alors qu’il y a des doudounes en synthétique hyper légères et chaudes. Ça a une importance pour de la rando avec bivouac mais beaucoup moins pour des randos à la journée.
