If you had/have 18/19 yr old children how happy would you be with the PMs expectations for your child to pursuit jobs no matter where they are or what they have to accept to get a job in a time with little jobs & less employee protections

My partner works in mental health noted "it's thousands not hundreds"
Currently working with a family where all the children have combinations of ASD/ADHD/High Functioning Autism ++
In the current economy businesses are less likely to hire staff that need oversight or intensive coaching #nzpol

I know that existing on often unknown casual hours makes for really difficult budgeting. ❤️

Up to this year in Invercargill all licensed hospitality was owned by the ILT liquor trust which suppressed all hospitality rates there.
Daughter's hourly rate went up $6 an hour by moving from Invercargill to elsewhere

#nzpol There are stories behind low paid jobs but like pay inequity it's 🙊🤐

Based on the big lie locally owned "big brand" hardware chain paid staff lower than all other same "big brand" branches anywhere in NZ but still sold everything at the same price as every other "big brand" store in the South Island
