blacksky, however, was originally created because of bluesky moderation's failure to protect black users and consistent refusal to listen to their concerns. the blacksky team are most certainly not bluesky apologists

atproto is the code base that both bluesky and blacksky are built upon, which is being developed by the bluesky team. so it's true that a bunch of people who are really invested in atproto are chummy with them and hostile to criticism
