Volgens de Volkskrant staat de rechtsstaat wereldwijd onder druk en groeit de xenofobie. Tijd voor nieuwe stemmen.
Dus presenteert de krant vier nieuwe columnisten: allemaal witte mannen (ruim) van middelbare leeftijd, waarvan drie conservatief tot zeer conservatief.
