This is Ukraine deal with ruzzia, not US.
The U.S. is pressuring EU states to block a €90B loan backed by frozen Russian assets for Ukraine. Washington wants to save the funds for a future peace deal with Moscow. Germany firmly rejected this, insisting the money must go to Ukraine now.
