My rage is back and honestly it feels kinda good?

Anyway I'm going to post political stuff here, there's no way around it. But I'll try to post other stuff too.

Bernie haters can fuck off. Hilary and Kamala haters can likewise fuck off.

Let's be perfectly clear: every single Republican in Congress who allows this to continue without removing this president and prosecuting these lawless ICE murderers, is declaring their allegiance to a tyrant, and themselves enemies of the very Constitution they swore to defend.

Thank you for your sacrifice, Mr. Pretti.🫡

If you're out there preaching at people to do armed violence to the fascist regime because that's the only thing you think will work, for God's sake STFU online and make a concrete plan in secret.

Because you sound like a fucking fed.

This is an important point that should be talked about more.

This is about voter suppression. Probably has been all along.
🚨 Breaking from the US Senator for Connecticut. 👇

There you have it.

ICE has never been about immigration enforcement.

It's a weapon used to brutalize Americans and stoke enough fear so that Trump can rig the elections and usher in dictatorship.

Alex Pretti was a colleague at the VA. We hired him to recruit for our trial. He became an ICU nurse- I lover working with him. He was a good kind person who lived to help and these fuckers executed him.

Also emotions with respect to fascists and more generally are a good thing. If pure rationality* has lead us to the brink of planetary and societal collapse perhaps we need some emotional input?

*of course it hasn’t. Greed is an emotional response to resource.

Fascism depends on the "normies" keeping quiet about this stuff. The fact that they are screaming about it is one of the main things that make me think that the fascists have overplayed their hand and are going to lose.

I get that a lot of Canadians are upset with the rhetoric and actions of this regime but yelling at Americans to start a civil war to depose Trump is about as useful as telling the RCMP to invade the US to depose Trump. Both are absolute flights of fantasy. Go yell at geese or something instead.

Just blocked an account claiming to be pro-Palestine who tried to tell me the genocide in Gaza didn't start until Biden got into office.

Before that, it was just "ethnic cleansing".

These bots get stupider every day.

7 democrats voted with MAGA republicans to push through ICE funding. If they voted no, it would’ve been blocked.

Hakeem Jeffries can’t get his caucus in order to stop ICE fascists as they arrest without judicial warrants, kidnap children, & kill citizens.

The genocide in Gaza has been going on for 80 years. How come some people only started caring about it when Biden was in office?

National media should really be covering the fact thay every major school, museum, and arts institution in the Twin Cities, and hundreds of local businesses are closed tomorrow to protest federal occupation.

Nothing like this at this scale has happened anywhere in America anytime in living memory.

Some people hear "This is un-American" as a historically descriptive statement, and others hear it as a prescriptive, political call to arms, and conflating those two uses is causing problems.

In short, this is why academics make bad politicians.

Can we please protect the children?

I remember being a kid and being told to go back to Africa. And that was before Trump. Kids right now have it so much worse. The cruelty is louder, more public, more sanctioned.

Shelter the little ones. No one deserves this treatment, but especially not them.
