This is an important point. We’ve been indoctrinated to believe brands names are better. That is less & less true every day, I’ve found. Buy generic brands. Experiment. You’ll discover we’ve been brainwashed. You’ll save money & stop supporting the big brands that are funding the trump regime.
Come on. This is America, where corporations indoctrinate people from birth into reverence for brands. This clown isn't fooling anyone with this bullshit.
Hassett: "On one of the Sunday shows, the anchor criticized the fact Walmart said the Thanksgiving dinner is cheaper by about $10. Then he said, 'Oh yeah, but they substituted generic stuff,' as if having a generic something is a crime for ordinary folks! It shows how out of touch these people are."

Jones' announcement likely sets up a rematch with Tommy Tuberville, who defeated Jones for U.S. Senate in 2020. Jones said Alabamians "want their next governor to be someone who treats this state with grace and dignity, and not just like a rest stop on the way to the Florida beach."
Via @annabjournalist.bsky.social: Former Democratic U.S. Sen. Doug Jones officially entered Alabama's 2026 gubernatorial race Monday, saying Alabamians "deserve a governor who is going to fight for them."

The military has a duty to refuse unlawful orders, but Congress has a duty to remove from office a president and secretary who would issue such orders. There is something off about members of Congress talking about the former while refusing to say the latter, the part that's actually their job here.
