When I read the full transcript of the interview, I realized there had been no pushback, no corrections, no challenging follow-ups. The entire interview had been an open-ended opportunity for Trump to tell rambling lies, only to have them cleaned up into a more polished product.

Trump throws a tantrum on 60 Minutes after being confronted about pardoning a crypto criminal who funneled MILLIONS for HAMAS — and ADMITS he had NO IDEA who the guy even was. Then it gets even worse.

David, I’ve never sided with Trump or Musk. I just do not think Mamdani can/should do what he says he wants to. I think Cuomo is a handsy creep, but I believe he can effectively run the city. Trump and Musk know their endorsements will only send votes to Mamdani in NYC. Why do you think they did it?

I agree about disliking the actions of the current Israeli government—I hate it too. But hating the government doesn’t equate with hating the country (see America). Except that Mamdani hasn’t expressed any support or empathy for the country or people of Israel.
