this is what I am absolutely dying for people to understand: you are not the target consumer of AI, your boss is. and more accurately, your boss’s boss is
AI is not designed to improve your life or your health. It’s designed to further consolidate power, wealth, and control.
I don’t think most patients nor doctors realize that their conversations are now often being recorded by AI scribes with their default consent, permanently stored and used by AI companies, and are accessible to hospitals and practice groups and also easily searchable for sensitive information.
