W/out training drivers how to look @ their vehicle speedometers? we even need "Your Speed" signs cuz thats the kinda ignorance they are handing out licences too. But i bet, wut would work, is speed radar signs (no need for speed cameras) maybe some fake radar police cutouts #onpoli
