I made birria! It wasn't that hard, and I would totally do it again. Except I won't have to, because I now have three pounds of birria and I live with a vegan.
Also, I would only do it again if I can figure out how to sear the meat without smoking up the whole house and setting off the smoke alarm.

My computer's been periodically losing wifi for weeks and everything else in the house has been fine, so I've been talking to tech support. I finally thought to reboot the modem - after which NOTHING connected.
So now they're sending me a new modem and I'll let the PC folks know if that helps.

My alarm went off, I started getting up, and the power went out. I waited ten minutes, reported it, then got on my phone to tell work. At which point it came back on. I think it’s messing with me.

Was writing a class to demonstrate plagiarism checkers. Imagine my surprise when it told me my Master's thesis (from 96) was plagiarized because it was from an online "research" site of essays.
So, I filed a takedown request. Let's see if they pay attention. UGH.
