Why impeach if conviction is unlikely? You impeach to build a public record, to make a public case. To call witnesses, to gather evidence, to demonstrate the lawlessness of the regime, and to build toward future consequences, up to and including prosecution and—yes—possible conviction.

@algreen.house.gov is amazing, keeps fighting, and isn't giving up. Major improvement from last time he brought up impeachment. All these dems who want to vote with republicans need a psych evaluation promptly!
Here's the final vote on on Al Green's Articles of Impeachment. 140 Democrats voted "nay" to table - a "yes" to furthering the articles - up from 78 in June.
This is a MAJOR testament to the impact of our movement. Vast majority of Dems are now on board. Many more should be! Keep the pressure up!!

I’ve heard from immigration attorneys that clients say ICE guards lay out the WRAP device (essentially a full-body straitjacket) on the tarmac as a threat — “do what we say or you’re getting the WRAP on the whole flight.”

DHS is spreading lies about the very people they're supposed to protect. They detained U.S. citizens—none of whom "assaulted or obstructed" officers, but instead, were THEMSELVES assaulted.
