Whatever the “Administration’s priorities,” Dep’t of Com., 588 U.S. at 781, the Secretary has no authority to contravene an act of Congress. A pattern and practice of doing so is “arbitrary, capricious, and contrary to law, in violation of the APA.” Hisp. Affairs Project, 901 F.3d at 386. When I saw Liam at the Dilley Detention Center, something was clearly wrong. He was lethargic, not eating, and depressed.
Thankfully, Liam and his dad are back home in Minneapolis with their family.

It's hard to overstate how ell-organized the portland march that got gassed was... organizers made the crowd promise to be peaceful, said the march would slow in front of the ICE building but not stop, that we would stick to one chant (ICE Out). They did absolutely everything right and got gassed.

Got a heads up that unhoused folks around Union Station have barely been getting any food since regular meal services are not running because of the snow.
So we made 30 turkey sandwiches & packed them up with fruit cups & chips. Folks were super grateful!
