I find it in the tofu section of Hmart usually, but have seen it in some other grocery stores too.. usually wherever the tofu is.. (there are other brands as well).. hope that helps ✨

I eat it right out of the package, though you can add fruit or whatever you like with it. It’s very delicious & refreshing, & comes in other flavours as well (such as banana, coconut, strawberry, etc..) ✨

Plantago lanceolata is a species of flowering plant in the plantain family Plantaginaceae. Known by the common name ribwort plantain it has a long stem with a cone shaped seed bearing structure with dozens of tiny flowers like spokes coming off the bottom of the seed cone.
