update: aya's stepdad lost his leg and is having further medical complications. we are going to be moving sometime at the end of the year- november or december. because of how fast this is all happening, we could use help with moving costs, because we're moving pretty far from where we are.

Set a new goal after looking at what we need at minimum to move out early. The sooner we can afford the buyout, the cheaper our costs will be.

Anything over this goal will go towards moving supplies like repair and cleaning materials as well as a truck and movers.

i found some figures i'm not deeply attached to- i'll appraise them and sell them reasonably. none have been out of their boxes for very long, so they're all in good condition.

we were in the closing phase for a house, but it turns out that it's a trash fire of building code negligence, so we gotta look elsewhere. so... we're stuck in this place longer.

good news is i packed ~50% of the house (non-furniture) all by myself, so at least it won't be awful when we do leave.
