I would love Bandcamp to let me filter field recordings that are straight-up just that, recordings of sounds out there, instead of also showing me stuff (lovely tho it surely is) with additional instrumentation added.

Disgrace has befallen me once again. No sooner had I believed that I had fixed the sound troubles that haunted my CRT and Dreamcast union by the purchase of a new SCART cable, that a new infernal noise has appeared not an hour after starting enjoying a game on it.

When I was a teen, I bought this second hand GBA. As you can see, its aesthetic condition is not ideal: the screen is scratched, the plastic yellowed, the battery lid is not the original one and the sticker is falling of.
But it works perfectly, and this is a thread of how I recently restored it ~*

I lost one of my noise cancelling earplugs today and: a) I had forgotten how bad my overstimulation gets without them and b) now I've gotta buy a new pair, they are expensive and they take a long time to arrive :_
