I expect mine would be like that if I sexted, fortunately I've never been asked to do dirty talk.

Idk if European politicians "can learn" anything whatsoever from Mamdani but one thing I /wish/ they learned is to actually believe in things, specifically multiculturalism

I mean, you’ve got to laugh.
Waking up to good news from the New York Mayoral election. I've never been to the USA, and probably never will, but pleased to see sensible politics still has a place there.
He was in his 80s and has had health problems for decades, the fact of his being an ex VP who very publicly doesn't support the current president doesn't mean that said President had him done in. He's the kind of president who would do that sort of thing, but I don't think he did in this case.
Surely it was only the gravestone that was vertical, the grave itself would have been horizontal is she was presumably buried lying down.
Hope this happens.
OpenAI pirated large numbers of books and used them to train models.

OpenAI then deleted the dataset with the pirated books, and employees sent each other messages about doing so.

A lawsuit could now force the company to pay $150,000 per book, adding up to billions in damages.

A hard fought cup tie last night, with a majority of RainbOs members voting yesterday’s birthday boy Killian Cahill as our POTM. Well played again Killer! 🧤🎉 #LOFC #OneOrient

The King now has the opportunity to do something hilarious: bestow the newly vacant Dukedom of York on his younger son. It would be an extra kick in the teeth for his dodgy brother, and simultaneously cause a sizeable proportion of the tabloid press to catastrophically implode with apoplectic fury.

Unpleasant sight of the day: anti-Israeli graffiti on the side of the disused synagogue on Niddrie Road.

If you can't see how this crosses a line then I can't help you.
I don't recognise the Goodwin reference, but Brown and the bigoted woman is spot on.
Tice is a bit like Tighty if you mispronounce it a certain way.
Gandler and Devlin have both talked about a 30,000 capacity stadium, and I can't help feeling that this is too big. I think 20,000 is as big as we should go to begin with, but with a design that makes it easy to expand if necessary.
A commemorative roundel at Stratford marking 25 years of TfL.
Another good reason for not going to the gym.

I generally find annoying noise less uncomfortable than the feeling of headphones on my ears. Even when I'm barely coping with background hubbub and my hands are clapped firmly over my ears I'm still glad I'm not wearing headphones.
Maybe they couldn't find any stock photos of a child wearing a sheet with eye holes and so a ghost was the closest they could find.

If you're a National Trust member, it's that time of year again: Midnight tonight is the deadline. It's a shame people have to keep doing this to keep a toehold on historical truth in this country, but here we are. Voting link: www.nationaltrust.org.uk/who-we-are/a...
I'm not an academic, but I know people who are.
Today I have been using Cadmus (not of my own volition). I have never come across such granular surveillance of students’ working patterns in my life. It also does all the things you don’t want it to do, and none of the things you do.
