Someone has sure already made this observation but the fact they can convert all those empty warehouses into prison camps means they could have converted them into housing, community centers, job training centers or, hell, libraries or schools all along. It’s always a matter of will not resources.

Too little, too late. When you get to the part in the article saying only local law enforcement can make third party requests, remember that most local law enforcement has a 287(g) arrangement with DHS/ICE, so Ring should STILL cause concern, despite dumping Flock.

I don’t use AI or LLM myself (except maybe spellcheck on my phone), but for those that are fans, this sounds like a brilliant use of it.
Want to do something truly messed up? Point the AI / LLM engines at the Epstein files and watch the fallout from searches and summaries. Easy questions like: how many times has x been mentioned, how many girls has x 🍇, and/or ☠️. Then watch the fallout.
I haven't yet been to the DOJ website to search the Epstein Files, because their simple search function seems insufficient.

The real news here is Peter Navarro saying lower jobs numbers *are good* because they (supposedly) indicate fewer immigrants are working in the US. Trump-MAGA ideology values sheer numbers of removals over pretty much all else because their top priority is ethnic reengineering.
