The problem with talking about emulation online is that there’s two sides that get lumped into the same group:
- The people who say it’s hard because they’re lazy
- And the people who say it’s hard because they care about more obscure games, input lag, accuracy, shader compilation stutter, etc

One of my big takeaways from finally reading through Berserk is that I don’t really like the cultural idea of it being uniquely literary, philosophical, etc. because I find this cheesy series made without a plan having those moments of vulnerability more inspiring than if it were perfectly planned
