They keep talking about designation as an FTO to imply it's legally relevant, and it isn't because that law has absolutely nothing to do with authorizing the use of force.

The next time Democrats impeach, don’t limit the counts. Include every slam-dunk impeachable offense. Crypto scams, pardons, law firm lawsuits, DOJ investigations, everything. We need to reestablish norms and set precedent back where it should have never left.
