davidpro also got lazy as fuck with it. SO is already the least popular part and they didn't even try. didn't use the soundtrack fully, reused songs from old seasons, the color palette was ass. the misogyny was insane overall and i hate that the fandom never held them accountable for that

hugs. i went through the same thing. in my case, what helped was crosstapering to prozac, staying on the prozac for a month until it stabilized and then tapered off the prozac (the withdrawal was softer). you're probably feeling extremely under the weather rn but you got this!
