mby the balance is diff now but LVL UPS are what give you big damage, the items add flat amounts to your stats but LVL scales infinitely in power exponentially, ive definitely won games of Deadlock where i didn't even spend any money and just roamed and did teamfights, opening 10 mins bloodbath
