In other words, appeal to hatred.
It's something being tried in Canada, too. But I think our multi-party Westminister parliamentary system is more robust to it. As well, we are not subject to:
(a) years-long election campaigns
(b) unlimited political donations
(c) rampant gerrymandering

The CPC are cooking! They took their 15% of Canadians who are die hard supporters and reduced them to 4116 delegates. These are the ones who were a) selected by poilievre and b) could raise the cost of admission, hotels, planes and food. After meeting those two barriers,they didn’t register or vote
