The Super Mario Bros. Wonder Switch 2 expansion looks pretty good. My big concern since it was announced is that it would exclusively focus on multiplayer, with little in the way of new single-player content. The trailer today made me feel a little better, especially with the Koopaling stuff.

While it made it as far as dress rehearsal, Tommy Brennan's Weekend Update desk bit on Trump's ICE deployments in his home state of Minnesota did not make it to SNL broadcast.

This is going to sound harsh, but Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time was always a really stupid project for a massive, AAA remake. It’s a niche series, but a beloved game. Ubisoft should have done a cheap remaster instead of spending years and millions of dollars trying to get it off the ground.

I think there should be a law requiring him and only him to change his last name to reflect whichever company he's working with and right now, for the sake of journalistic integrity, I believe we and the press should all be referring to him by his upcoming name, "Doug Megatron."

Now that I’ve put a good few hours in, I really can’t believe people slept on Star Wars Outlaws. This is fun and absolutely gorgeous.

I like the CrossWorld idea in Sonic Racing CrossWorlds, but it’s super annoying when one of the tracks from the Grand Prix you’re in shows up. I played the Pumpkin Grand Prix and saw Pumpkin Mansion come up once as a CrossWorld, then as the track itself, and then in the finale. That’s way too much.

People romanticize old Twitter like Cartman in that old episode of South Park where he convinces the other 8-year-olds that third grade was some magical place and fourth grade sucks. By the end of the episode though, they remember that actually it was always bad.
If Bluesky is to grow and become a viable alternative for the "Global Townsquare," which was the point, it needs to compete on engagement and virality is a part of that.
It isn't competing. Engagement here has been falling for a year. That's a problem if you, like me, want it to survive and thrive.
