I was watching a pod with Nik Ranieri that made me revisit his work on Charlotte in the princess and the frog. DAMN what a masterpiece. Talk about getting attitude and character into the movement

I spent the past few weekends animating something in a totally convoluted way, and predictably it turned out totally unappealing. I could probably get away with it, but for my own sake I think I'll redo it. Otherwise I'll cringe every future time I see it.

it's too bad that things like Game Grumps animated, animated podcast clips etc. don't seem as popular as they used to be, they were really great for fostering the online animation community. Great for meeting other artists and getting seen.
