This is similar to my internal dialogue but it’s more like “oh no is this guy watching me….does he think I’m stealing something…is he annoyed I’m here because he wants to smoke….I should just go….I mean I wanted to look at records, but….no no I should go.”

Europe is trying to look rationally at Trump’s Greenland threats like “but he would actually be worse off having it” or “all the things he wants he already has.” You just have to feel bad for them. They haven’t learned yet that he is not a rational actor, and doesn’t do things for normal reasons.
