Lib Dems have been calling on the Government to seize frozen Russian assets.

Russian assets frozen by the UK and EU countries could provide Ukraine with over £40 billion worth of military support.

This is now even more urgent given Trump’s rhetoric.

British farmers are already battling with sky-high energy bills and botched overseas trade deals; this hike will only make things much worse.

The Chancellor must urgently meet with the farming community and NFU to better understand their heartfelt concerns and reverse the tax hike.
