OTD in 2021 your Prez said claims that Russia would invade Ukraine are a "provocation".

Which is why you can believe we will stop what we said we would not even start.

Unbelievable. DN has a mysig 3 page interview with Martin Kulldorff and just lets him run with antivaxx propaganda with "both sides" feel, even a quote from Stabell Benn. What a day to do it on, given they just got rid of newborn Hep B vaccination.

I'm thinking of the future in the film Elysium a lot. That's where we're headed.
These 2,900 individual billionaires could lose 75% of their wealth and still be richer than 4 billion people.

Inequality is eating the whole world alive.
There are now 2,900 billionaires, and they hold $15.8 trillion.

The wealth of the bottom 50% of the global population, over 4 billion people, is estimated at $3.7 trillion.

This framing is wrong. The failure underscores how far apart Russia and Ukraine are. We need to stop exaggerating the U.S. role in making peace.

It’s not a bias. It’s a transaction. Tens of millions of Ukrainian lives and the remnants of American respectability in exchange for an increase in the private fortunes of a few people.

Trump is deeply emotionally disturbed, and it's been obvious during all his time in politics. He is simply uncapable of thinking of anything else than himself. He can't even fake compassion. How anyone could think he would be a good president, and also reelected him, is beyond me.
Continually amazed that someone who's been in public life as long as Trump has lacks the capacity to say anything appropriate when someone has died.
Q: Do you plan to attend Sarah's funeral?

TRUMP: I haven't thought about it yet, but it's certainly something I can conceive of. I love West Virginia. You know, I won West Virginia by one of the biggest margins of any president anywhere.
