I see some book piracy discourse, and, to make a positive argument in favor of buying books, your marginal ability to influence what books get published and support the careers of writers you like is massive compared to most other forms of media.

I've coined the term James Gunnifying which is when a specific genre is so fully oversaturated with one person's signature style that seemed good at one point but is now considered the only way to view that genre and you're wrong if you criticize it

I've been watching Lady Gaga music videos on loop the last 48 hours bc Nor's background was in dance and they would have pursued that if their mom hadn't died, and if they had they could have very well been and inworld Gaga star instead of a rock frontman

My best advice for when you think your drawing looks bad is to redraw bc halfway through you'll get lazy and suddenly the first drawing will look good enough
