I just found out that you cannot file a defamation suit if the person being defamed is dead. So all the wrongful character assassination that was claimed about Petti and Good cannot be litigated. Which is really pissing me off.

It doesn't matter what rights you have on paper if federal agents will consistently ignore them with apparent impunity.
It doesn't matter what the Constitution says. If the government can execute you on the street or in your own home on a whim, you have no rights. None.
