It feels like both teams are taunting the Manfred Runner Rule. Extra innings, getting a runner to 2nd, or even 1st and 2nd, with no outs and then just blowing it.

Mariners: You don't need to make up for the lack of Postseason baseball by having extra innings in your home Postseason games. You could just make the Postseason more often - that would be the better approach.

Northbound Smokehouse usually has the sound on for big sports games or would turn it on if someone asked. There always used to be a few Cubs fans there. (We moved away in 2022 so don't have super recent info!)
