Baltimora- Tarzan Boy

The ultimate sound of the 80s, a song I knew for so long without actually knowing what the song was. Viva ITALODISCO

Oh I am 10 days late to this, but I like a challenge, so why not

A song a day, from an EU country by order of accession

I fear there may be a bit of leaning on Eurovision but hey ho, let’s learn some new music as well

Thanks @66marck.bsky.social for the idea

Having just finished listening to the superb It Was What It Was (by @draper-rob.bsky.social and @jonawils.bsky.social) series on Forest's European Cup I had the same thoughts, that it would be great to have further exploration of Clough's career and that final season would be really interesting.

In the creative industries/the media and want to mentor? @artsemergency.bsky.social is looking for enthusiastic professionals
Although we have lots of great potential mentors, we are still short of applicants in the Merseyside region and we could do with more applicants in London working in the following career areas:

- Gaming and animation
- Fashion design
- Broadcast journalism
- Visual arts: illustrators / people with illustration experience or any experience relevant to character design
- Performing arts: musical theatre performers or people with experience in the musical theatre industry
- Film & TV - on screen
- Architecture and interior design

Whelp, I couldn’t find a gif of Alan Carr walking down the corridor so I made one.

Why is it just so innately funny?

Alan Carr dressed in a #Traitors cloak has sent me.

Genuinely outstanding news, even if this news story can apparently only report on it by cramming it full of every objection imaginable. People should be able to drink as late as they please. And by 'people' I mean me.

This has more to do with an unexpected start date for one thing, but still:

Robert Jenrick is laying the groundwork for a lucrative career as a GB News presenter, and a regular on American TV.

Not to criticise you, but the headline is pretty misleading

It is a tweak that in some circumstances, where there isn't additional information, BTP will regard looking at 2 hours of CCTV footage as what is standard for investigating a bike theft
meltwaterfalls.bsky.social
I don't want to interupt you lashing out at everyone available

But indeed she is American and that is why I was pointing it out to the poster, who has now removed that post

Maybe take a moment and reflect on that, and wonder if you could do the same

That's not Judi Dench.

I don't know its origin but it apparently is Jean Smart?

Liz Truss has two childen that I guess would be late teens/ early 20's and Love Story came out when she was in her early 30's so it is all very plausible she has listened to lots of Swift songs.
Especialy if asked a question where she needs an answer that doesn't make her look wildly out of touch.
