Seems like they'll really break things if they refuse to work in these current conditions of magical rulings by a court that appears answerable to no one while also appearing to be in cahoots with someone running roughshod over norms, laws, rights and the Constitution. They need to stage a walkout.

How can an order that's not appealable be appealed? It's the same situation as Oregon. Is it merely a practice that it's not appealable or is there a statute that says TROs are not appealable. This non-lawyer confused by this.

Media not quite meeting the moment ... still. The judge that just blocked trump from sending National Guard to Portland concluded the facts on the ground do not match the admin's characterization. The media must report on reality, not simply amplify the fabrications spewed by trump et al MAGA.
