Buzz ordered the pizza for the McAllister clan. So he probably intentionally omitted a plain cheese from the order to be a dick and fuck with Kevin. There doesn't seem to be any plain cheese on anyone's plates, despite Buzz's later declaration that everyone already ate it all.
