As a Prog I support peaceful protests, but it’s not helping our cause to pretend that Portland protests are a nothing burger.
I’ve studied its history, and no it isn’t all “outside agitators”
It could easily be the trigger for emergency powers, if there are repeats of big vandalism, violence, etc.

At this point they’ve all primed the pump so much, and their loyalists are such unquestioning hot-head cowboys, that sadly it’s not going to take much to trigger a violent confrontation.
