This year, Christmas will have a little festive spooky baked in. The last time we put up ghosts and our Christmas tree was during COVID lock downs. Im so excited to keep up the ghosties!

I've been critical of her job, but I've gotta hand it to Governor Kotek. She positioned us to be ready, and the people of Oregon benefited from it. Well played.

Here’s the problem. Both statements are true. Raising the minimum wage will increase costs, because it’s an increased biz expense, but not raising it while all prices go up anyway is also problematic. It’s a sign of a broken system that only favors the rich, and stacks the deck against the poor.
